• By using Healplix, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. Free Trial Period

• New users are eligible for a six-month free trial.
• During the trial period, users get access to all subscription-based services without charges.
• After six months, users must subscribe to continue accessing premium features.
• Healplix reserves the right to change the trial period terms at any time.

4. User Account & Responsibilities

• You must register an account to use our services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify Healplix immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• You must not share your account with others or impersonate someone else.
• Account deletion requests must be submitted to the Healplix support center and will be processed accordingly.

6. Emergency Healthcare Disclaimer

• Healplix is NOT an emergency healthcare provider and does not facilitate emergency medical services.
• If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact the nearest hospital, emergency service, or healthcare provider immediately.
• Healplix is not responsible for delays in medical care, lack of availability of doctors, or failure to provide immediate medical attention.
• Users should not rely on Healplix for urgent or life-threatening situations.

7. Subscription & Payments

• After the trial period, users must subscribe to continue accessing premium services.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
• Payments are securely processed through third-party payment gateways.

• Not to harass or abuse doctors, staff, or other users.

• We are not responsible for service interruptions due to technical issues, third-party failures, or force majeure events.
• Healplix does not guarantee the availability of any specific doctor or healthcare provider at any given time.

14. Account Deletion

• Users who wish to delete their Healplix account must submit a request to the Healplix support center.
• Account deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable time frame.
• Some data may be retained for compliance with legal or regulatory requirements.

15. Termination & Suspension

• Healplix reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account for:

• Fraudulent activities
• Misuse of services
