1. Cancellation Policy

Patient Cancellations:

Patients cannot cancel an appointment once it has been booked.

Doctor-Initiated Cancellations:

If a doctor cancels an appointment, the patient will be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be processed after 24 hours from the cancellation time.

2. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

A full refund will be provided if the doctor cancels the appointment.

Refunds will be issued after 24 hours of cancellation.

No Refund Scenarios:

Patients are not eligible for a refund if they fail to attend the appointment.

No refund is applicable for patient-initiated cancellations (since cancellations are not allowed).

3. Refund Processing

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method after the 24-hour holding period.

Payments made via third-party payment providers may be subject to their respective processing times.
